The Qhmach 20 Ton Roller WS205HD-2 self-propelled single drum vibratory roller is a heavy-duty roller. It is equipped with a 140 kW Weichai engine and an anti-skid hydraulic drive system. Its dual vibratory drums enable excellent compaction results, better meeting the construction needs of different regions.
WS205HD-2 single drum roller, with optional padfoot feet, compactor is primarily suitable for compacting base layers, sub-base layers, and fills of various materials. It is an ideal compaction equipment for high-grade highways, airports, ports, dams, and industrial construction sites.

To ensure excellent driving performance and gradeability, the WS205HD-2 asphalt road roller utilizes a closed hydraulic drive system consisting of a single pump with dual motors, an electronically controlled proportional pump, a motor, and a long-life reducer, providing full front and rear wheel drive. The WS205HD-2 comes standard with an automatic idle function to reduce energy consumption. Continuously variable speeds within a set speed range ensure optimal operation under varying operating conditions. (An optional automatic anti-slip mode is also available to minimize slip.)

This closed-loop hydraulic system, consisting of an imported variable displacement pump and variable displacement motor, ensures excellent driving performance and high gradeability. A two-speed continuously variable transmission ensures optimal speed operation under varying operating conditions.
04. Safe Brake System
The hydrostatic braking system, comprised of a hydraulic travel pump and a hydraulic drive axle, provides driving, parking, and emergency functions, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
